Susan Fenner, Ph.D., is the manager of education and professional development for the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP). In addition to developing programs and creating training materials designed especially for administrative professionals, she has two regular columns, “Turning Jobs Into Careers” in OfficePro magazine and “Work Smart”, in Office Solutions magazine. She also serves as the administrative support advisor for Monster.com.
Susan is the general editor for The Complete Office Handbook now in its third edition and published by Random House. She is often quoted on the future of the administrative profession and evolving office trends.
