BELOW IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF MEANINGFUL CONTRIBUTIONS:
She helped save a $170,000,000 project from not getting done by traveling to a remote location weekly for 12
weeks, learning and applying new skills that are normally performed by degreed accountants and engineers,
and taking the leadership to be a prime contributor in the completion of this job. In addition, for the six months
since she completed her work on this job, she has been the primary tracker of final bills to be paid, start-up
issues and customer relationships, to make sure that customer expectations are being met. She has
developed outstanding relationships from the highest levels of the organization to the lowest. She
communicates well with others at all levels, and has capabilities to communicate both directly and tactfully. She
is the primary assistant in the company to which new administrative assistants are assigned for training, and
the primary person they go to with questions. She communicates and negotiates with professionals both inside
and outside of the company – vendors, customers, team members, executives, contractors and line workers.
